The CōLAB Health and Body Administration team is the very first line of communication between you and your CōLAB Health and Body wellness team. When you first enter our clinic, you will be greeted immediately by one of our very friendly and warm administration team members who will do whatever they can to ensure that you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout your entire visit with us.
Our Administration Team works hard to ensure that all appointments are scheduled properly and handled to your satisfaction. The team also handles all the financial aspects of the clinic, including insurance and billing, so that you do not have to.

Gabriela has been with the team for 2.5 years. Her primary responsibilities involve handling administrative tasks and collaborating closely with patients to ensure a seamless billing and booking experience. Gabby is driven by a passion to create an environment where patients encounter the utmost care and positivity during their visits. With a background in hospitality and design, she leads with kindness, professionalism, and creativity, making every interaction a unique and positive experience.

Kenia has been working with the team for a year and a half. She moved to Calgary in September of 2022 and feels that CōLAB Health and Body made her transition moving to Calgary a lot easier. Kenia loves getting to know clients and strives on making patients feel comfortable and happy when they visit the clinic.
